Positive Intentions for 2015

Plan on doing good, bring good , saying good. Put out into the universe what you want to happen and the universe will listen. It all starts with meditating on positive intentions during your daily life and or yoga practice. Whenever negative thoughts enter your mind take a moment to replace the thought with an equally positive one. This practice has a way of forcing us to turn daily stress into a positive focus. Try and perform this practice every day , eventually it will become a habit .
