Summertime Yoga

Summertime is a time to slow down. Smell the roses and enjoy the deep blue sky. Take the example nature has given us to slow down your yoga practice. Deep slow breaths.. Notice nature . Take time for yourself to slow down enjoy the moment. Breathing with awareness can help us be present if even for a moment. Notice the after effect. Stop to let go of anything you don't need in your life , loud noises, bad food, unhealthy relationships. Summer time is a good time to reflect on your self and where you want to be in life. A slow physical practice brings your body into sync with your mind and breath. Take your normal practice and slow it down by adding longer , slower breaths, see where it takes you!
